Kerio Operator vs 3CX
Whether you require your VOIP phone system to be managed remotely or setup to manage in-house, our expertise expands to VoIP, Kerio and 3CX software. Though we are not limited to either Kerio and 3CX products. Like the majority of the products we sell, we use them because they really do work. Both solutions are VoIP solutions and can be installed onto an existing physical server using Hyper V for VMware. Or if you prefer we can host and manage on your behalf. Let’s have a look at them both in more detail:-
Kerio Operator (per extension licencing)
Supported Devices: PC | Android | iPhone | Mac
Overview – Kerio Operator is a great feature rich phone system that is simple to use and extremely cost effective for the small to medium market. Purchasing – Server Licence includes first 5 users + Additional 5 user licences. So for 15 users, you’ll purchase 1 x Server licence and 2 x 5 User add-ons.
3CX (per line licensing – 4 to 64)
Supported Devices – Windows | Android | iPhone | Mac
Purchasing – Simply choose the number of lines you need for concurrent callers. That’s both internal and external. Consider that while 4 lines may seem alot, especially when you’ve been used to one or two. Be aware that an incoming call being answered by one member of staff and transferred to another member of staff without a conversation in between counts for two lines. And is what we call a blind transfer. If however you complete a transfer with an internal conversation before the caller is passed through, this will use 3 lines. Worth bearing in mind as you may need 8, possibly 16. All depends on how many calls being made/receiced at any one time.
Setting up & Installation
As your Voip provider based in Sheffield, becoming a VoiP customer requires a small amount of administration, such as a new account to be set up. Here are the typical start up costs to getting setup.
